About Dr. Celeste Balino

Dr. Celeste Balino has been a valued member of the Greenbrier Dental Center family since 2013. Born in Guam and raised in Virginia Beach, Dr. Balino began her dental career by earning her bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University, graduating summa cum laude.
While working as a dental hygienist and completing her prerequisites for dental school, Dr. Balino volunteered at community dental clinics and served as a research examiner for Old Dominion University and Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. She also had the opportunity to serve as an adjunct clinical instructor in Old Dominion University’s Dental Hygiene Program.
Dr. Balino earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. She is known for her gentle, personable chair-side manner and takes the time to truly listen to her patients and understand their individual needs.
Committed to providing exceptional, modern dentistry, she continually expands her knowledge through advanced continuing education and stays current with the latest treatments and technologies. Dr. Balino is certified in Solea® laser dentistry, Invisalign®, and CEREC same-day porcelain crowns.
Dr. Balino resides in Virginia Beach with her husband and their sons. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active and pursuing anything related to fitness and health, as well as traveling and making memories with her family.
