Our office is pleased to offer an In-House Dental Savings Plan designed for individuals and families who do not currently have dental insurance.
This annual membership makes quality dental care more affordable while helping you continue the preventive care needed for a healthy smile.
Unlike traditional insurance, there are no deductibles, yearly maximums, waiting periods, or reimbursement schedules.

Membership Details
- Benefits apply only at Greenbrier Dental Center.
- Benefits are not transferable to another dental practice or specialist.
- Savings under the plan do not apply to any treatment completed prior to joining.
- The Dental Savings Plan cannot be combined with any other insurance.
- Annual fees are nonrefundable when services have been rendered and must be paid at enrollment.
- Benefits apply for 12 consecutive months after enrollment.
- Patient/Member is responsible for notifying Greenbrier Dental Center of any address or contact changes.
- There is a 48-hour cancellation notice required for all scheduled appointments. Failure to do so could result in a missed appointment fee.
- If you have Periodontal Disease, additional periodontal maintenance cleanings may be recommended for your individual treatment plan needs.
- Full list of plan limitations and exclusions available upon request and at enrollment.
- Comprehensive evaluation required for new patients to be eligible for enrollment.
