Dr. Celeste Balino

Dr. Celeste Balino was born in Guam and raised in Virginia Beach, VA. She earned her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene at Old Dominion University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. While working as a hygienist and fulfilling her perquisites for dental school, she volunteered in community dental clinics and worked as a research examiner for Old Dominion University and Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk,VA. She has also been an adjunct clinical instructor in Old Dominion University’s dental hygiene program. Dr. Balino attained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC.
She has been a part of the Greenbrier Dental family since 2013. Dr. Balino has a gentle chairside manner and takes the time to listen to her patients. She is committed to staying up to date with the latest dental treatments and technology by taking continuing education courses. Dr. Balino is certified to provide Invisalign and Cerec same-day porcelain crowns.
Dr. Balino resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, Jeff, and their sons, Jackson and Lucas. When she is away from the office, she loves to do anything fitness/health related and travel with her family.
